Get fit on the fly with this quick, simple workout

As a fitness professional, I have heard every excuse of why people cannot exercise from, “I don’t have time,” to, “I don’t have a babysitter,” to, “I have to feed my dogs.” Who has time to squeeze in a workout with all of that life happening? The answer: you.
The popularity of high intensity interval training is on the rise. HIIT involves repeated bouts of high intensity exercise followed by short recovery times. If you can’t make it to the gym and you don’t have equipment at home, no problem. Ditch the excuses and try these four bodyweight exercises for a whole-body workout that takes less than 20 minutes.
Exercise Instructions
Perform each exercise for one minute, completing as many repetitions as possible. When the minute is up, move straight to the next exercise with no rest.
When you have finished the set of all four exercises, take a one-minute break, hydrate and repeat the circuit three more times.
